Please continue to pray for David. As of Friday there was still no change in his condition.
We would be grateful for St Paul’s prayers for my twin brother David.
He is currently under sedation in the Intensive Care Unit at Winchester Hospital suffering mainly from blood poisioning which is closing down his main organs.
We went there today and they told us that the outlook is very uncertian and that any road to recovery will be a long one.

It really is important that the changes go through as smoothly as possible. Can I take this opportunity to thank you for your faithful financial support of God’s mission in Parkwood, without it things would be very different.
Prayer & Praise
Prayer and Praise is now in its second year and it is time for a change. The main change is that it is moving to the first Tuesday of the month. Another change is that we will have a few visitors throughout the year to help us focus on particular subjects for prayer.
In February we will have an ex Jehovah’s Witness to enlighten us on their beliefs and then we will be able to pray for them more effectively. May they come to recognise who Jesus really is.
Please join us as we pray for our church and community.

2012 is definitely going to be a busy year and it is a good job that the vicar is at last moving up a gear!

- 5:30 – 8:00pm 21st February, Shrove Tuesday Pancake Party at the vicarage. Change to previous post!!!!!
- 8:00pm 22nd February, Ash Wednesday service in church.
- 6:30pm 27th May, Parish Confirmation service.
- Jubilee Party More details to follow.

Please come with expectancy as we seek God’s blessing upon us and the community in which we live.
Communication is all important and that is not something that is new. Jesus himself was a communication from God, his life shows us the character of the Father.
